We are looking for passionate, experienced barbers who are eager to teach hands-on cutting techniques, state board preparation, sanitation standards, and shop management. As an instructor, you will directly influence your students' success as they build rewarding careers in the barbering industry.
Requirements & Responsibilities
What We Look For:

Active Pennsylvania Barber License (Barber Manager or Instructor License preferred)

Proven professional shop experience with strong technical skills

Dedication to student success, patient instruction, and professional ethics
What You'll Do:

Lead hands-on student practice and clinic supervision

Teach sanitation, safety, tool care, and client consultation
